Dedication is for families that wish to present their child(ren) before the church in dedication to the Lord.
All families participating will be required to attend a mandatory Dedication Class on Wednesday, April 15th from 6-7:30pm. Childcare will be provided. Details will follow your registration.
PHOTO ALERT!!
At the end of this registration you will be required to submit a photo of your child. There are suggestions and tips for the best photos there. If you are not prepared to submit a photo at this time, please read the tips and come back to this registration form later.

Please note: You are now able to submit multiple registrants on one form. Please make Registrant 1 the parent info, and following registrants (Resgistrants 2, 3, etc) will be the children being dedicated. Then submit the form.
*Some questions will only apply to parent or child and can be left blank if not applicable. For example, you do not have to add a photo for parent.
