ARMOR OF GOD

LED BY BETSY OSBORN & KIM WAMPLER

Huntsville Campus, January 10 – March 6

Wednesdays, 6:00-7:30 PM
Cost: Book is $10, Childcare available by reservation

All day, every day, an invisible war rages around you — unseen, unheard, yet felt throughout every aspect of your life. A devoted, devilish enemy seeks to wreak havoc on everything that matters to you: your heart, your mind, your marriage, your children, your relationships, your resilience, your dreams, your destiny. But his battle plan depends on catching you unaware and unarmed. The Enemy always fails miserably when he meets a woman dressed for the occasion. The Armor of God, more than merely a biblical description of the believer’s inventory, is an action plan for putting it on and developing a personalized strategy to secure victory.

THE EMOTIONALLY HEALTHY WOMAN: EIGHT THINGS YOU HAVE TO QUIT TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE

LED BY LANI LACY

Huntsville Campus, January 10 – March 6

Wednesdays, 6:00-7:30 PM
Cost: Book is $10, Childcare available by reservation

This book is for every woman who thinks, “I can’t keep pretending everything is fine!” Geri speaks like a friend as she uses personal stories and biblical principles to help you find your way out of superficial spirituality and move to a deep, meaningful, life-changing relationship with God.

And the journey begins by quitting. Geri quit being afraid of what others think. She quit lying. She quit denying her anger and sadness. She quit living someone else’s life. When you quit those things that are damaging to your soul or the souls of others, you are freed up to choose other ways of being and relating that are rooted in love and lead to life. When you quit for the right reasons, at the right time, and in the right way, you’re on the path not only to emotional health but also to the true purpose of your life.

LIVING LIFE BACKWARD

LED BY JARED ALLEN

Clift Farms Chick-fil-A, 8300 Hwy 72 W Madison, AL 35758, January 11 – May 5

Thursdays, 6:30-7:30 AM
Cost: Book is $10. Click on the register button below to purchase book as well

Living life backward means taking the one thing in our future that is certain―death―and letting that inform our journey before we get there.  Keeping the end in mind shapes how we live our lives in the here and now. Looking to the book of Ecclesiastes for wisdom, Living Life Backward was written to shake up our expectations and priorities for what it means to live “the good life.” Considering the reality of death helps us pay attention to our limitations as human beings and receive life as a wondrous gift from God―freeing us to live wisely, generously, and faithfully for God’s glory and the good of his world.

Saturdays, 10-11:30 AM
Cost: FREE. Will need access to the Bible APP and The Bible Recap podcast by Tara-Leigh Cobble (instructions below). No childcare

The Bible Recap is here to help! Each day you’ll read the assigned reading then listen to The Bible Recap podcast.
